Job description of Public relations managers of subdominant units of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences

1-compile and report all the news and events at the related unit and sent it to public relations according to weekly and monthly tables depending on importance and priority

2-gather and submit statistic and performance reports of undercover units to public relations after preparation and summarization

3-report imminent plans by related unit to public relations prior to launch

4-accomplish missions given by public relations in the corresponding unit such as spreading the news desired by public relations among the personnel of corresponding unit and similar cases

5-prior coordination and license acquiring regarding any contact with public media such as sending news or notifications to the press, news agencies or to conduct any interviews or similar news conferences

6-makin effort to create and facilitate relations among the personnel themselves as well as the personnel and the managers and also the organizations and the audience

7-prepare reports about their own performance at least once a three month to the central public relations

8-making efforts to update their knowledge and broaden their skills and attend the designed workshops

9-try to secure a foothold and activate public relations in their corresponding unit

10-coordinating visits and trips of university authorities and public relations authorities to the related unit and prepare and submit its report
